Bean Flour/ Moin-Moin Flour/Akara Flour Mix

Preparation

Get the quantity of the flour you want to use, add some warm water and stir until a smooth paste is formed. Add your spices and mix. When done pour into your Moi-Moi wrappers or cups and cook or scoop into boiling oil to fry as Akara.
