Uda Pepper is also known as Askimba pepper, African pepper, Moor pepper, Negro pepper, Kani pepper, Kili pepper, Sénégal pepper, Ethiopian pepper, Hwentia and Guinea pepper. This seed adds an aromatic taste and flavor to African dishes. It is used in a variety of assorted dishes, namely Pepper soup, yam porridge, soups etc. It can be added whole or crushed before using to prepare assorted food dishes.
